Just wondering how long has it been since you've checked out our home rehab project. If it's been a while or maybe your just now hearing about it please pop on over to www.RehabbingShacklett.wordpress.com and check it out. Since visiting the Haven conference we have a new found inspiration to get back to work on the house. It will be a slow process but it will be fun and hopefully educational. We will also be reviewing new products here at www.NoBullVintage.com as well as at www.RehabbingShacklett.wordpress.com we look forward to your questions and feedback.

A week after Haven 2014 I'm just now beginning to go through all the swag I brought home.
I am so excited to reach out to all the contacts I made. It's amazing to me all the knowledge that can be gained not only from the educational sessions provided by Haven but also the fellow bloggers. I so enjoyed my late night conversations and cherish them most of all. Each class I took put me one step closer to taking my blogging to the next level. For me blogging began in 2004 as a way to keep out of town family in touch with what was going on in my life. Then came MySpace and Facebook and my blogging became non existent. I began blogging again when we bought an old 50's farm house that was in serious need of rehabbing. With that www.RehabbingShacklett.wordpress.com was born as a way for me to document the start to finish process of rehabbing our home. To add to that, I also added this blog to share all that I do as NoBull Vintage.
Whether it be a barn sale or craft fair, the rehabbing and reinventing of vintage and antique furniture, or the hosting of our cancer charity event An Artisan Affair you can find it here at www.NoBullVintage.com.
Next years event will take place at the beautiful Oakland Historic House and Museum http://oaklandsmuseum.org/ the second weekend in June 2015.
So as you can see blogging is just something I haven't been able to get away from and after Haven conference I am inspired and motivated to take to a whole new level!
If you want to visit a local barn sale, antique show, or craft fair you're at the right place at www.NoBullVintage.com. Maybe you are just looking for someone to redo a piece of furniture you already own or a tutorial on how to bring a vintage piece back to life yourself well, this is the place.
Now, if your looking to redo a kitchen or bath and need some ideas or tutorials then maybe you should check out www.RehabbingShacklett.com for a complete home remodel indoors and out. Either way we hope you will follow and enjoy as we DIY our way through life.
I like to give a big shout out to Haven as well as all the vendors who participated. I thoroughly enjoyed all the knowledge, products and inspiration you all provided.

I am so excited to use Modern Masters paint to redo all the doors on my house.
Haven was such a wonderful experience. I can't wait to attend next year after applying all I've learned this year. Follow along and don't miss out as I implement all I've learned.
